The Role

• Our Technical Interviewers are the gatekeepers for X-Team, responsible for upholding the standards, quality bar, and most importantly, the values of who will join, strengthen and enhance our community experience.
• You will schedule interviews from Monday - Friday on a flexible schedule working from anywhere.
• You also get to contribute to all of our recruitment processes, interview techniques and questions, and more.
• Join our recruitment team at their annual meetup around the world.

Most Important:

• 3+ years of experience as a developer or highly technical project manager

Nice to have

• Full-stack experience or experience working with multiple frameworks/languages
• Experience working remotely
• Worked as a team lead and interviewed developers previously
